The Learn to Play Team is designed for golfers who have a passion to learn and excel at the game from PGA of Canada professionals in a fun and safe environment. This program will guide its participants through the learning to play and excel at all aspects of the game and the necessary club delivery skills that will enable them to be successful golfers and move up to our flagship Advanced Development Teams. This program is the perfect fit for intermediate recreational and new to competition junior golfers.
Athletes will receive private and group coaching sessions that are aligned with Golf Canada’s Long-Term Player Development Guide as well as the Operation 36 Development Model. The Learn To Play Team is a 10-week holistic coaching program for new golfers ages 7-13. This program is limited to 15 participants per semester.
The Learn to Play team will be coached by PGA of Canada Professional Ethan Hunt.
There are 2 semesters being offered for 2024:
Semester 1: May 1st to July 3rd
Semester 2: August 7th to October 9th
Program tuition: $500 + HST per semester
Services Included
(8) team practices – Wednesday’s from 5:30-7 pm
(2) 9-Hole Playing Events during the program (scheduled within the semester)
(5) 30 minutes individual lessons scheduled at your convenience
Progress reporting
Club Fitting and equipment evaluation if needed
*Individual lessons must be schedules between the 10 week semester
